Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment incur no charge.

Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 100% charge of the full fee if we are unable to rebook the appointment.

Group bookings of more than 4 hours within a 24 hour period:

Cancellations made before one week of the appointments will incur no charge.
Cancellations made within one week will incur a 50% charge if we are unable to rebook the appointments.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the booking will incur a 100% charge of the full fee if we are unable to rebook the appointments.

Please further note that if our therapists are kept waiting outside for more than 15 minutes without notice, the appointment will be considered cancelled and you will incur a charge for 100% of the full fee.
